OVERVIEW
As part of my internship with LumoPlay, I was tasked with designing a mobile-friendly home screen for their new and upcoming website.
Responsibilities
I reviewed the current website and identified mobile usability issues. I then designed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for the mobile home screen using Figma. I also worked closely with the CEO to iterate on feedback and refine layout decisions.
Challenges
One key challenge was restructuring complex desktop content into a clean, scroll-friendly mobile format. It was also important to balance LumoPlay’s fun, interactive branding with a landing page that felt clean and efficient.
Outcome
The final mobile home screen are intuitive, visually consistent, and optimized for quick access to key user actions. My work helped improve the mobile experience for LumoPlay’s users and aligned with their brand identity. The team was pleased with how the new designs simplified navigation and highlighted important tools. It also gave me practical experience working on real-world design challenges in a professional setting.
